Shipping and Returns

Shipping Info:

 

We do our very best to get you your order as fast as we can.  Shipments are sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority unless otherwise specified by the customer.

 

We are only able to ship to the exact address that you have entered at the time of checkout.  Should information be incorrect or missing we are unable to correct an address.  In the event that a package winds up being returned to Berco's Popcorn as the result of an incorrect address or an address that is missing information we will not issue a refund as we are unable to restock products as they are food.

 

Return/Refund Info:

 

Berco's Popcorn does not offer returns or refunds.  Since we are unable to control what happens to our product once it leaves our possession we aren't able to take anything back. 

 

Should your package arrive damaged please send pictures of the box, tin or bag to the email address below.
